Official Rules
1.) Limited to 800 Tickets entries; numbering 000 to 799.
2.) One ticket per each $50.00 donation.
3.) Tickets will be available until March 31, 2024 or until sold out
4.) All prizes are new, factory made firearms.
5.) By obtaining a raffle ticket (either by donation or as a gift) you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) won, have intention of using the firearm(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm(s) won. 
6.) Daily drawings to start on April 1, 2024 and continue daily thru April 30, 2024. Each day’s winning number is obtained by a live drawing of the winning ticket each day.
7.) All firearms won are subject to availability and Cody Wyoming Lacrosse Club reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
8.) Winning ticket numbers are chosen by an online randomizer program. Winners will be contacted by phone and winning ticket numbers will be listed at www.codywarriors.com
9.) All proceeds to benefit Cody Wyoming Lacrosse Club. Please contact codywarriorslaxinfo@gmail.com if you have any questions.
10.) You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to claim a prize.
11.) Winners must be at least 21 years old to take possession of a handgun, rifle or shotgun or handgun.
12.) Raffle is void where prohibited.
13.) Winner is responsible for all fees associated with any background check required to take possession of their prize and state sales tax.
14.) It is the sole responsibility for the winners to claim their prize with Rocky Mountain Discount in Cody, WY 14 days after the date of winning the draw.
15.) All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
16.) Out of area winners have the option of having their prize transferred to their local FFL dealer for delivery. All firearms transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holder. Winner is responsible for all shipping and transfer fees.
17.) Winners will be responsible for any applicable Federal, State and local taxes.
18.) In the event winners need or wish to have the firearm(s) won transferred to another FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly with Rocky Mountain Discount in Cody, WY. 
19.) Transfers will be done by Rocky Mountain Discount in Cody, WY.  Winning ticket holder must make transfer through Rocky Mountain Discount in Cody, WY and in accordance with all applicable laws.
20.) Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s). 
21.) Winning ticket numbers are eligible for the remaining drawings and will be re-entered in the raffle. Each ticket represents an opportunity to win thirty (30) guns.
22.) At no time will Cody Wyoming Lacrosse Club take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle; winner will receive firearms directly from Rocky Mountain Discount in Cody, WY or designated FFL dealership only, all applicable laws will apply.
23.) Cody Wyoming Lacrosse Club limit any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased.
